A person using the moniker “Willgold” is a man in New York City I’ve never met, spoken to, or done business with.  Yet for reasons he has yet to explain, this person has conducted a relentless campaign of negativity for the past 2 years, accusing me of all sorts of wrongdoing.

Some have said he’s Kevin Clarke under another name.  Since we now know Kevin Clarke was Dexx Jones, resides in NYC and is now the administrator of the defunct Dexx Jones website, that’s certainly very possible.  But it really doesn’t matter.

What DOES matter is that this “Willgold” person constantly brags to me in hateful emails about how much he “knows” about the current investigations regarding the San Leandro case written about elsewhere here.  I’m talking about specific evidence, people, statements and strategies detailed by Willgold writing like he’s the chief investigator himself.

But “Willgold” is merely a private individual, not legally empowered to investigate much less bring accusations of criminal conduct against anyone.  The fact he goes out of his way to shield his identity and refuses even to provide a cel phone number for direct communication tells us a lot.  Another person hiding behind his screen, unwilling or unable to be man enough to tell us who he really is and what his hateful anti-DK agenda is really about.

So I have just 3 questions for those in San Leandro and San Francisco legally empowered to question, investigate, evaluate alleged evidence, and make a decision about whether the matter is legally actionable – or not.

1 – Why does a man in New York City calling himself “Willgold” appear to have full access to your casefiles, including specific individuals making statements he identifies by name, and telling me about specific lines of inquiry and documentation in hand or being sought?

2 -Is it appropriate – or legal – for such a private individual to be emailing me – and apparently, others – with the supposedly “confidential” evidence and witnesses being utilized in your investigation?

3- Does this “Willgold” possibly prejudice and bias whatever conclusions your investigation may lead to, to the point of making some of the alleged “evidence” unuseable in a court of law if this evidence is passing through what appears to be many sets of UNCLEAN HANDS?

Maybe it’s time for the investigators to spend LESS time chasing the fabricated fantasy of haters like Willgold and MORE time investigating what most reasonable people would call a severe LEAKING problem in their own offices.

Maybe it’s also time for them to question the MOTIVES of those so determined to have felonious charges brought against DAMON for reasons they are unable to explain, or justify.

Longtime Kruezer readers have noted that I broadly hinted at this sad news many weeks ago, on the site and on Twitter, and most recently in my post about Scott here.  In that post I note his doing a Bareback video – a fact no one else in the industry noted or commented upon, or connected the dots to in regard to his admission of being HIV+ this week.

Many of you are telling me that it was my post about Kameron Scott – not Mason Wyler’s involuntary outing by the irresponsible exploiter of the gay community, Mark Wilson - that motivated Scott to come clean and reveal what I have known for the past year.

Whether that’s true or not, I leave to your judgment.  I’m only glad that at no time did I intrude upon Kam Scott’s privacy, believing as most of you do that his coming out as HIV+ was his decision to make.  It took him nearly 2 years after first learning of it in December 2008, but now he’s come clean.

What is indisputably true is that the once radiant young star whose career I arguably propelled to the A List – as Kam Scott himself says in the quote published – now needs our support, love and understanding as he fights a long battle for health and well being in the face of his HIV seroconversion.

I say it’s time to put our differences aside and as with Mason Wyler, put judgments aside as well, and support our brother Ryan Dixon aka Kameron Scott in his time of need.

 

Sorry – you can’t play this both ways. Either Sinz is lying to cover his ass and took with both hands when the getting was good, or else he’s a champion of truth and justice speaking up for a man who was defrauded – even though the man initiated contact with me, initiated payments to me on his own volition, and refused the opportunity to sign an agreement.

That REALLY sounds like fraud, doesn’t it?  Read on – and look carefully at what Ricky Sinz said about me last year. His own words on his own blog from August 2009.  Quite a difference wouldn’t you say?  Care to explain the 180 degree turn Mr. Sinz?

CONTEXT: Many of you will recall that back in 2007 I identified the magnetic star power of a then-unknown tattooed bad boy using the catchy screen name of Ricky Sinz. I didn’t take seriously what his co-star in one of his first videos (“Grunt”) told me about him, thinking that Brodie Sinclair was just jealous or outclassed. But now Brodie Sinclair is laughing – because he’s been right all along about Sinz’s chameleon like nature and two faced, duplicitous personality.

I intended to stay silent on this subject but Ricky Sinz has unwisely decided to throw me under the bus with the most hateful and vicious statements I’ve ever seen coming from him about anyone. It’s safe to say our 3 year friendship is over, and now I must tell you why I believe Ricky Sinz is simply not to be believed – or trusted – by anyone in the industry.

Truth is, Ricky Sinz is all about CYA right now. That’s right, covering his butt, trying to distort the facts by selective omissions and radical re-characterization of what actually happened to suit his newly rewritten version of history. I cannot and will not allow that to happen, and after reading this, feel free to let Ricky Sinz know what you think about his betrayal of the one industry person who not only stood by him for years, but also arguably launched his career thanks to my widely read, highly influential publicity starting in 2007.

Some background: Sinz is an Iraq war veteran, and he’s seen and done things most of us wouldn’t want to imagine. He’s become a talented DJ and is an awesome MMA fighter. Those factors we have in common helped to draw us together as the best of friends, but now Ricky has gone too far in selling me out, betraying me so brazenly in response to some kind of terrible pressure or bribery that my sources are telling me about.

The current dynamic: Last week I asked Ricky Sinz for a deposition in regard to a controversial personal matter involving a person from San Leandro who initiated contact with me last September, offered to donate (not loan, not invest) funds to various Kruezer projects, and made a further offer of payment for an introduction to the star I thought would be most compatible with his companionship and fan appreciation needs. I selected Ricky Sinz, who agreed to meet this person.

As you’ll soon see in photographs provided to me, Ricky Sinz and the San Leandro man did indeed meet up and spent much quality time, to general satisfaction. I received payment as an introduction fee, just as David Forest does for his “Meet the Stars” program, and Mr. San Leandro generously donated (not loaned or invested) other funds to be used at my discretion, by his free will and choice, with no formal or written agreement and certainly with nothing agreed informally or formally about any type of payback.

This week  Ricky Sinz decided to characterize this perfectly innocent, ethical, and legal situation as fraud and thievery on my part, while completely omitting any mention of the central facts, i.e. he was introduced to Mr. San Leandro by me, spent significant well compensated time with him, and encouraged the man to not only pay me an introduction fee but also to contribute to a number of projects – none of which had the word “loan” or “investment” linked to them by any kind of binding agreement, despite such an agreement being offered by me. 

Of course Sinz completely omits any mention of this, another example of his selective and self-serving omissions.

I think most of you will agree that “what if” speculative conversations do not equate to a binding agreement, and furthermore that a person can’t freely give money one month, without expectation of payback, and then re-characterize such donatives as a “loan” months later.

It seems Ricky Sinz has entirely forgotten about his detailed praise and gratitude he expressed on his blog to me not long ago, rightfully crediting me as playing a major role in the rise of his video career. It also seems Sinz has forgotten about the photos of himself and Mr. San Leandro frolicking so lovingly – in an assignation planned, devised and made to happen by me, at Mr. San Leandro’s request and with Ricky Sinz’ enthusiastic cooperation – and greatly to his financial profit.

In asking Sinz to attest to these well documented facts in a deposition, Sinz is now calling my request “blackmail”. Do you agree? Wayne, Marc and I certainly do NOT.

Furthermore, be it known that Mr. San Leandro has a history of accusing people in the gay video industry of ripping him off. I have a number of lengthy letters from him excoriating MJ TAYLOR for allegedly ripping him off at the Westin Hotel in San Francisco, and I have obtained sworn statements from certain hotel employees there attesting to Mr. San Leandro’s loud accusations about MJ TAYLOR last Summer.

See the “Tailorburnt” email to me at left – yes, that’s the same person in San Leandro accusing me of wrongdoing who accuses MJ TAYLOR of ripping him off at the San Francisco hotel. 

Do we see a pattern here?  I think we do.

To sum up:

We have here 1) A pattern of befriending, giving money and then accusing at least 2 well known gay video industry figures by Mr. San Leandro, 2) Ricky Sinz has fallen from grace by indirectly admitting he’s an informant who will smile in your face while giving information he alleges to be factual to prosecutorial authorities to be used in possible criminal prosecution, in order to remove himself from the possibility of being designated a co-conspirator, and

3) Brodie Sinclair is now vindicated when he told me how deceitful, dishonest, disloyal and changeable Ricky Sinz was to him while making their first movie (“GRUNT”) together.

Regretfully I must now terminate with prejudice my long standing business and personal connections to Ricky Sinz, and must advise the industry and the fans that if Sinz is willing to throw Damon Kruezer under the bus due to some type of pressure or bribery, then he should not be trusted or relied upon by anyone, in or out of the industry.

Ricky Sinz is now a man without honor or scruples, who is willing to give you the Judas kiss in exchange for a metaphorical 30 pieces of silver.

I deeply regret telling you all about this, and the loss of Ricky’s friendship, advice, intel, and business connections is already deeply felt. But the truth is the truth, and Sinz’ one sided, heavily edited, and apparently paid for version of events simply cannot be allowed to stand unchallenged by me.

Now you know. These are the words of the Patriarch of the industry, DAMON KRUEZER, based on my 16 years online, and as a paid creative consultant, casting agent, video segment director, ADVOCATE interviewee and CYBERSOCKET nominee, interviewer of everyone from David Forest to Paul Barresi to Chris Steele to Matt Rush to Anthony Holloway to Brad Star and Brad and Angel Benton, and as a published magazine writer.

 

The battle for the freedom of the Gay Media and the First Amendment rights and rights of free commerce not merely for Damon Kruezer but for everyone goes on as both sides place new assets on the battle lines.  Watch closely even as the end game has already been written.

Now that I’m back in Chicago to oversee the final stages of a condo conversion, I’d like to share my review of CENTURION, a new film that I saw recently at a special Comic Con/Chicago screening.

CENTURION is very much in the mold of GLADIATOR, and that’s mostly a good thing – although the overuse of CGI blood at the beginning took away from the movie.  Director Neil Marshall has crafted an above average action film focusing on one of the mysteries of Roman history in Britain – specifically, what happened to the fabled Ninth Legion, dispatched to fight the Picts and then mysteriously never heard from or written about again?

CENTURION purports to have the answer, and it may well be true.  Along the way there’s so much action and battles the character development mostly gets lost, but if you’re looking for intense battle action in authentic Roman style, it doesn’t get better than this.

The CGI gore also gets much better as the movie progresses, and by the end I was convinced the Ninth Legion probably met its fate in a way very similar to that depicted in the movie.

The movie serves as a noteworthy metaphor for the unwinnable, pointless war in Afghanistan – in which U.S. soldiers are the Romans in a harsh and unforgiving land that’s defeated the 4 previous empires that tried to exert control, only to lose vast amounts of blood and treasure in a futile last gasp of Empire. 

President Obama should see this movie – and remember what George Santayana famously said, “Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it”.

And to those remembering the immortal PETER GRAVES line from “AIRPLANE” – “Do you like gladiator movies?” – this fan says YES to CENTURION, truly the ultimate gladiator movie in the sense of men fighting for their lives in an arena-like setting where the final results are tragically pre-ordained.

Recommended.  Rated R for violence.  Dominic West, Michael Fassbender and especially Olga Kurylenko as a Xena-like warrior princess make this movie well worth your time, if you like heavy duty historical dramas with a message about pointless, unwinnable wars in places with no logical basis to be – so relevant for our own times.

There has been a fair amount of talk, debate and messaging concerning KAMERON SCOTT of late – now that he’s back doing videos of the BB variety.

Now as many of you know, I blazed the career path for “Ryan Knows Best”, aka Kam Scott as his career took a huge leap forward thanks to my consistent publicity about him, based on our warm and trusting friendship.  

Scott indisputably hit his career high with Titan’s PLAYBOOK in a red hot, superbly memorable scene with DIESEL WASHINGTON that in my opinion makes PLAYBOOK a must-see for that scene alone.

 I’m frankly very disappointed that Kam has returned to video making after a self-imposed hiatus because of his choice in type of video and the conditions involved.  Nonetheless, that’s Kam’s choice, I’m not going to sit in judgment, and I’m letting KAM SCOTT’s own warm words of praise and gratitude about me – from 2008 – say all that needs to be said.

And to haters like El Mysterio or his paymaster MARK WILSON who claim I’ve never helped a model in a meaningful way, KAM SCOTT’s own published words prove you wrong – AGAIN.

Marc, Wayne and I have long believed that Big Pharma drug companies are NOT publicly admitting to looking for an immediate cure that gets rid of the virus instantly when these same companies make much more profit with the drugs that patients have to take forever in order to have a chance to not die an AIDS related death.

DAMON today has received what I consider to be ironclad proof that Big Pharma scientists have found that very cure already, but have been ordered to keep it hidden and totally confidential in order to perpetuate the drug companies profiting from the “AIDS cocktail” drugs that AIDS sufferers must take for years – at exorbitant cost.

This is extremely sad and tragic, but it really shouldn’t be a huge surprise in a country where corporations actually rule from the White House on down – and where profits come before any other consideration.

Punitive or Compensatory Damages for Deliberate Causation of Business Loss

By maliciously causing business damage, or interfering in rights of commerce, a person is liable to be sued for punitive or compensatory damages up to the documented amount of business loss or damage.

TO THE SAN LEANDRO PERSON: 

By deliberately involving 3^rd parties who have no legitimate stake or role in the matter, encouraging them to publicize your one sided, biased view of the matter, furnishing private communications carefully edited by you and/or by them to support a pre-defined judgment, and falsely representing to them and to Law Enforcement in San Leandro and San Francisco that your allegations are 100% factual and truthful, with nothing omitted or distorted, you have arguably set out to intentionally cause business loss and damage.

You are also opening yourself to lawful claims for punitive and/or compensatory damages, and may well be in violation of Title 18, USC  Section 241 as described below.

Conspiracy Against Rights

This statute makes it unlawful for two or more persons to conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person of any state, territory or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him/her by the Constitution or the laws of the United States, (or because of his/her having exercised the same).

Yes everyone it’s true, you’ve probably heard about the notorious anti-competitive conspiracy – led by eminence grise MARK WILSON – aimed at expunging DAMON from the Gay Media.  Yes, it’s been tried before (Bud Fox anyone?  Dexx Jones anyone?) but all the prior efforts foundered on the rocks of disbelief and lack of credibility.

Now MARK WILSON and his cohorts pictured here – Kevin Clarke, and DeWayne in San Diego (pictured in all their glory at left)  - are making yet another attempt to defame DAMON by using a personal relationship and its followup’s as fodder for their anti-DAMON diatribes.  The fact that the matter at hand has NOTHING to do with any of them doesn’t seem to matter, as ZACHARY SIRE of The Sword accurately noted Wilson’s arrogance in sitting in judgment of others and interfering in matters in which he has no legal or moral right to do so.

I have commented separately regarding the man calling himself “El Mysterio”, a puppet of the Wilson cabal.  His unhealthy obsession with me, combined with his sense of entitlement to make judgments for which he has absolutely no standing to make, says it all.

The only fair minded gay journalist in the whole imbroglio is ZACHARY SIRE of The Sword, who finally woke up to the noxious reality of the “publicity at any price no matter who I hurt” MARK WILSON, Sire’s denunciation leading to many others condemning Wilson for sitting in judgment of, and interfering in, the life and career of MASON WYLER for which – as Sire says – there is no logical basis.

Thanks to our well placed sources in San Leandro and San Francisco, rest assured the appropriate authorities have been contacted and informed about the pack of lies, fabrications and defamation they’ve been fed by Wilson and his co-conspirators acting as agents provocateurs, and made aware it’s REALLY all about business rivalry and profits – NOTHING to do with “truth, justice and the American Way”.

DAMON is pleased to let everyone know that the rumors are true, I am writing a requested contribution about JOHN SUMMERS aka Vaughn Kincey for the documentary about Chuck Holmes and the history of Falcon regarding the role played by Kincey in its formation.

Very few people know that I studied with Vaughn Kincey in 1995 as a result of my background in music videos and later got in contact with Richard Morgan in his heyday at his direction.  Vaughn as JOHN SUMMERS made some of the most important gay videos in the 1980′s and 1990′s that stand the test of time to this day, launching many careers and leaving his mark on the industry as an iconic figure.

Vaughn and Paul Barresi were the best of friends, and I join with Mr. Barresi in bereavement for Vaughn’s death, and the expression of hopes and prayers for his friends and family.
